Mark has been working in the maritime industry since 2009, spending 5 years as a navigational officer in the Royal Navy with active tours in West Africa/PG/Somalia (counter-piracy) and Colombia/Caribs (counter-narcotics). Mark then transferred to civilian shipping, joining Arrow as a broker before leaving to start Fulmar

Despite better advice from two previous generations of owner's brokers, Iain took the plunge in 2006, joining Braemar initially on Capes before switching to the Handy/Supramax market. In January 2010, Iain set up the Handy/Supra desk at Arrow London, building it up over 6 years before starting Fulmar

Although looks deceive, Gabi has been working in the shipping industry for about 25 years, mainly as a chartering broker but also acting as a consultant to the steels industry in particular. Gabi started as a trainee in 1992 for Barks Williams London before working through the ranks to be a Director at BWH Chartering. He then moved to Braemar where he was a Director for 11 years before leaving to start Fulmar

Manolis recently finished his studies at Cardiff University where he read for a degree in Business Economics. Shipping is in his blood with a long family history in the industry, he is also trilingual (English, Greek and Italian). An ever-curious individual, Manolis has already shown his ability to delve deeper into many aspects of shipping - a trait which will surely stand him in good stead going forward.
